KFAED finances USD13.47m loan to Belize
(MENAFN) Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) provided a USD 13.47 million loan to Belize to help in a road restoration project, a statement by the fund showed, KUNA reported.
The statement indicated that the money will be used to restore an 87-kilometer road which will help in facilitating land transportation in Belize.
With the signing of the loan agreement, KFAED had provided five loans to Belize worth USD29.64 million.
The fund also provided two grants worth USD1.01 billion to the nation-state located in the eastern coast of Central America.
