Iran's petrochemical output hits 40m in 10M
(MENAFN) According to the director of the National Petrochemical Company, Iran has produced 40 million tons of petrochemicals since mid-March of last year, Iran Daily reported.
During March 21, 2014-January 20, 2015, Iran sold 13 million tons of petrochemicals in the domestic and foreign markets valued at USD9.06 million and USD9 billion, respectively.
Since mid-March 2014, domestic petrochemicals in the domestic and foreign markets used 70 percent of their nominal capacity and this figure will rise to about 80 percent in the year starting mid-March 2015.
