(MENAFN) Danube, the Dubai-based real estate branch, has broken ground on its first two projects, Dreamz By Danube and Glitz By Danube, Arabian Business reported.
Dreamz by Danube site, located in Al Furjan, valued USD136 million and was attended by the Dubai-based company's chairman accompanied by design consultant Edmac Engineering consultancy and main contractor UNEC.
In the other USD81.7 million Glitz By Danube site, which constitutes from a cluster of buildings containing 300 apartments at Dubai Studio City, chairman was joined by contractor Atlas Foundations.
"We are delighted to officially start construction on our first two realty ventures for the division. We expect the completion of our maiden project Dreamz by September 2016 and Glitz by July 2017, which fits exactly within the committed deadline," chairman said.
