DSE wins USD53.89m contract for hotel complex services in Dubai
(MENAFN) Drake & Scull Engineering (DSE), the engineering subsidiary of Drake & Scull International, has been awarded a USD53.89 million contract for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services on an upcoming hotel and serviced apartment complex, Gulf News reported.
Construction work on the hotel complex has commenced, with completion targeted for 2017.
Drake & Scull Engineering will deliver its MEP services for five hospitality buildings ranging between 15 and 19 floors. The buildings include a hotel, services apartments, a dining outlet, and a marina, among other facilities.
The manager director of the company said that Drake & Scull Engineering is set to play a role in preparations for Expo 2020 through involvement in various new landmark projects.
