S. Korea's exports' profit down in H1
(MENAFN) South Korean exports' profit dropped in the January-June period, down 1.5 percent compared to the same period last year, Yonhap reported.
Exports of goods and services in the first half of the year reached USD365 billion, while the amount of exported goods fell 2.3 percent to USD317.37 billion over the cited period.
The drop is mainly attributed to the won's sharp surge against the U.S dollar in the first six months of the year.
