Investcorp sells SourceMedia to Observer Capital
(MENAFN) Bahrain-based Investcorp announced completing the sale of SourceMedia to Observer Capital, with no specification of the value, Arab News reported.
Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, originally acquired SourceMedia, inclusive of its Accuity affiliate, from the Thomson Corporation in 2004.
"SourceMedia"s partnership with Investcorp has been highly successful. We were able to develop a highly-successful digital strategy and evolved our business to a digital-first publishing," CEO of SourceMedia said.
