Airbus granted USD75.3b orders
(MENAFN) Airbus could recently secure as much as USD75.3 billion in 496-aircraft orders at the Farnborough Airshow, a record for the company at the premier aviation event in terms of dollar value and in aircraft, according to Arab News.
The orders included the largely updated versions of its A330 wide body aircraft, which was launched this week.
The new aircraft is more fuel efficient and has a longer range to help it compete against Boeing"s 787 Dreamliner.
