Yahoo buys RayV video streaming startup
(MENAFN) Yahoo has announced buying RayV, an Israel-based startup specializing in streaming high-quality video to computers and mobile devices, The Peninsula Qatar reported.
Yahoo did not disclose financial terms of the deal to acquire RayV, which will become part of the California-based company's research and development team in Tel Aviv.
"This deal demonstrates our dedication to accelerating our video strategy and boosting our underlying technology infrastructure in the space," Yahoo said.
