(MENAFN) Qatar's Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani purchased a last minute ticket to win Saturday's USD10 million Dubai World Cup after buying 50 percent stake in Ruler of The World, last season's English Derby winner, according to Arabian Business
