(MENAFN) Japan plans to enact a draft budget on Thursday for fiscal 2014 totaling a record USD943 billion to improve the country's economy after the consumption tax hike in April, according to Qatar News Agency
The budget draft for the next year is expected to be approved by a majority from the ruling Liberal Democratic Party and its coalition partner the New Komeito party
The budget was endorsed by the more powerful House of Representatives late last month
