McDermott wins Saudi Aramco's power system contract


(MENAFN) One of McDermott International subsidiaries has been awarded a substantial contract to provide the electrical power supply system for Saudi Aramco, according to Arab News



The new system is planned to be in the Abu Ali and Khursaniyah fields in the Arabian Gulf



McDermott said: "The subsea cables for this project are some of the largest ever transported and installed in the Arabian Gulf.



The project will include the construction, and installation of two 20-kilometer 230 kV sub-sea circuits routed offshore
