Tremor Hits Eastern Iranian Province
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) A tremor measuring 3.7 magnitude on Richter scale jolted surrounding area of Torbat-e-Jaam in Iran's eastern province of Khorasan Razavi on Sunday morning.
According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 04:50 hours local time (01:20 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 35.49 degrees latitude and 50.79 degrees longitude and in depth of 8 kilometers underground, state-run (IRNA) news agency reporte
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage
