(MENAFN) Statistics released by Thailand's central bank show that the trade deficit in the country hit USD22.19 last year, marking the first such deficit in four years, Xinhua reported
The statistics by the Bank of Thailand show that exports hit USD228.5 billion in the year, dropping 0.31 percent from 2012, while imports increased 0.29 percent to USD250.7 billion
The central bank said that the inflation in the country in 2013 remained low due to a drop in prices of fresh food
