China first gold consumer in Q3
(MENAFN) The World Gold Council (WGC) said that China remained the world's largest gold consumer in the third quarter of this year, Xinhuanet reported.
The country needed 210 tons of gold in the period. registering an 18 percent increase from the prior-year period.
China has increased its lead in gold consumption after taking the lead from the traditional largest consumer, India.
