The whole experience for customers entering the store is seamless and paper-free. They are provided with a customer number via SMS, and can move around the store to special sections covering every aspect of Ooredoo services. Interactive screens enable customers to check individual specifications of different products, as well as up-to-the-minute details of new offers and promotions. A special home interactive section enables customers to experience the full range of benefits provided by Next Generation Mozaic TV, as well as seeing Ooredoo's incredible portfolio of entertainment services. For businesses, there are VIP areas, where experts can talk through new technologies that can help streamline costs and drive effectiveness for small and medium businesses, and even enterprises. The new Ooredoo flagship is unique in Qatar in having special demonstration areas for both 4G and fibre technologies, enabling customers to experience the incredible speeds and versatility of Ooredoo's top-of-the-range fixed and wireless Internet solutions.
