Car on fire traffic held up

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: Fire erupted in a vehicle and brought traffic to a standstill at the roundabout opposite Kaifan. Acting on information, firemen rushed to the scene and dealt with it without any report of human casualty.
A fire source said the Operations Room of the Fire Department received a distress call about smoke emerging from a vehicle in Kaifan area just before it burst into flames, and a team of firemen that went to the scene managed to quench the flames without any human casualty.
Traffic men removed the vehicle from the road, and traffic was restored
