(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, July 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim arrived in Beirut on Wednesday, leading a Kuwaiti parliamentary delegation, to attend the 26th edition of the Arab Economic Forum due tomorrow.
Al-Ghanim, who has been invited to the event as a guest of honor, is to address the forum about challenges facing Arab economy and prospects of reform in this regard.
Al-Ghanim was received by Head of the Kuwaiti-Lebanese Parliamentary Friendship Committee Ayoub Hameed, representing the Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri, and Kuwaiti Ambassador Abdulaal Al-Qenaei.
The Kuwaiti top lawmaker will also hold a series of talks with President Michel Aoun, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister-designate Saad Al-Hariri. (end) ff.bb
