Morocco arrests Brazilian over drug smuggling


(MENAFN) The Moroccan police declared that they have detained a Brazilian national at the Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca over trying to smuggle cocaine.

The police added that an average of 950 grams of cocaine, filling 90 pills, was cleared out his stomach at the Ibn Rochd university hospital center in Casablanca.

The drug dealer, aged 26, has been held at the Casablanca airport over suspicion of hiding drug in his stomach, upon his arrival onboard a flight from Sao Paulo.

He was placed under medical surveillance at the hospital center to remove the drug from his stomach.
