Germany, France decide on key EU reform plans
(MENAFN) Germany and France were announced to have reached a resolution of huge EU reform plans following a meeting between the countries' leaders.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron have held talks to prepare for the June 28-29 EU summit.
The Germany chancellor affirmed that both countries are to "open a new chapter", according to the statement released following the meeting in Meseberg.
The countries were also said to have agreed on a number of issues which are set to serve as basis on EU summit for more negotiations and major achievements.
