UAE markets post modest gains after Abu Dhabi stimulus package
(MENAFN) Stock-listed companies on the UAE exchanges ADX in Abu Dhabi and DFM in Dubai were confirmed to have recorded modest profits on Wednesday.
The gains have been seen after the declaration of a stimulus package at a worth of USD13.62 billion in Abu Dhabi.
The ADX General Index was said to have closed with a 0.77 percent increase at a 4,652.12 due to market heavyweights.
The market heavyweights include energy leader Taqa, recording a 4.17 percent boost, and telecom giant Etisalat, posting 1.83 percent.
