Kenya: five police officers die in roadside bomb


(MENAFN) Officials declared that five Kenyan paramilitary policemen have died in a roadside explosive in Liboi town along the Kenya-Somalia border.

The incident took place at 8 a.m , after the officers were heading to Liboi border point when their vehicle drover over a landmine, according to Joshua Chepchieng, Garissa County Commissioner.

Chepcheing added: "It is true that we have lost our officers this morning in the unfortunate incident. We will provide more details later,".
