Aden, Ramadan 05, 1439, May 21, 2018, SPA -- President Abdrabbou Mansour Hadi of the Republic of Yemen said that following the seizure of power in Sanaa by the Houthi militias, the Yemeni leadership had no way but to call on its Arab brothers for help as they are an integral part of each other.
They formed the Arab Coalition, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to defend the legitimacy in Yemen, a historical stand that would never be forgotten, the President said in a speech to mark the country's 28th anniversary of the National Day.
Addressing the nation tonight, President Hadi extended thanks to and appreciation of the Arab coalition, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other leaders, governments and peoples of the member parties of the group for their support for Yemen at this crucial time.
