Kuwait- MoSAL teams to monitor collection of donations
(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, May 20: The Ministry of Social Affairs has formed three inspection teams to monitor the collection of donations in 15 charitable projects in a bid to uncover irregularities in coordination with the Interior Ministry and Kuwait Municipality, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.
Sources disclosed one of the three teams is in charge of mosques, markets and commercial complexes; indicating they have been given the authority to arrest individuals who entered the country to receive donations like clothes and food. Another team will monitor individuals, violations in mosques and donations in kind; while the third team will follow up the implementation of regulations on the collection of donations, sources added.
