Two terrorists were killed, one was taken alive in Shemdilli city of Turkey's Hakkari province, the Turkish media reported May 20.
The terrorists were killed during Turkey's special air operation against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terrorist group.
The conflict between Turkey and the PKK, which demands the creation of an independent Kurdish state, has lasted for more than 25 years, claiming more than 40,000 lives. The UN and the EU list the PKK as a terrorist organization.
