Morocco, UAE sign deals in energy, business, finance


(MENAFN) Morocco was declared to have signed three memorandum of understanding with the US in areas that include energy efficiency, trade promotion and innovative project grants.

The MoUs have been inked in Washington D.C. on the sidelines of the fourth annual US-Morocco Trade Forum.

The first MoU was explained to be targeting a boost in cooperation ties in research and development of environmental systems and air conditioning through reduced GWP refrigerants.

The second agreement was confirmed to be looking to mobilize the resources of the Morocco Growth Fund (SMGF).

The third deal was said to be aimed at strengthening cooperation between the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) and the American Chamber of Commerce as they renew their MoU.
