Israeli PM welcomes Trump's courageous quit of Iran nuclear deal

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA, May 8 (KUNA) -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed US President Donald Trump's "courageous" withdrawal from Iran's nuclear agreement.
Trump decision is "courageous," Netanyahu told a news conference following the White House leader's announcement, saying that Israel had been opposing the 2015 agreement from the start.
The agreement will enable Iran to enrich uranium to build nuclear weapons in few years, he claimed.
Netanyahu said Israel would fiercely retaliate against Iran's military deployment in Syria.
The Israeli army has been put on high alert following reported Iranian forces' movement at the Syrian side. (end) wab.bs
