Pakistan- Siraj calls 'aliens and unseen powers' threat to elections


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR: Central ameer Jamat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq on Sunday warned all parties against unseen powers might influence elections and said that 'aliens' were a threat to the forthcoming general elections.

'Nawaz Sharif called them aliens while Imran Khan has used unseen powers for them but fingers pointed towards same powers that is threat to ballot and ballot boxes,' he said, while addressing seminary students in Chamkani area of Peshawar.

He said that time would who was with democracy and who was against it. Talking about Political agent power in Fata, he said a political agent was king of his agency but they would soon be dethroned as Fata was being mainstreamed.

JI chief said that some elements were not happy with restoration of Muttahida Majl-e-Aml as they knew it would bring an end to their politics.

'There is no fund for seminaries in budget, power outages rampant, country is under heavy loan and economic system is based on interest system while unemployment is high,' he said.

He warned that anti-Muslim world's power were eying Pakistan after Iraq and Syria and they could target Pakistan from Afghanistan to implement their system. 'There would be justice once Shariah law is implemented and everyone will have easy access to speedy justice,' he added.
