Six killed, seven injured in Afghan suicide car bombing


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR: Six people, including two soldiers, died and seven civilians sustained injuries in a car-bomb blast in Helmand province of Afghanistan on Saturday.

Afghan media quoting a military spokesman reported that the suicide car bombing took place near the Afghan National Army third brigade in Loy Bagh locality in Nad Ali district at around 8:00am. The bodies and the injured were shifted to hospital.

The Taliban claimed responsibility for the bombing and said government security forces had been targeted.
