First Bahrain signs up MGAE to design Seef project
(MENAFN) First Bahrain Real Estate Development Company has awarded the Seef project design task to Mohammed Al Gharib Architects & Engineers (MGAE).
The Bahraini developer explained the new project to be covering 40,000 square feet of premium retail space and is constructed on a 78,878-sq-ft land near the Bahrain City Centre.
"We were impressed with MGAE's unique blend of expertise and their creative approach to our project," First Bahrain CEO Amin Al Arrayed commented.
The CEO continued "always having an eye for opportunities, we identified a need for a complementary retail centre with an emphasis on convenience with consideration for the needs of the residents of the surrounding community."
He added "MGAE took the design elements of this project to a new level and we are eager to see this project come to life."
