President: Ukraine to improve legislation on radioactive waste management
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this during the working trip to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I want to emphasize that we will continue improving the Ukrainian legislation on radioactive waste management together with experts from the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain and Sweden," Poroshenko said.
The Head of State expressed his gratitude to the European Commission for joining the project of international technical assistance, which is now one of the components of the continuous aid package to Ukraine from the world community.
