Somaliland: Opposition Wadani Party Sacks Secretary General

somalilandsun - The executive committee of the National Party (Wadani) has removed the
party secretary general Mr.Mohammed Abdillahi Uura'ade from his post. In a
special meeting convened by the party boss Mr. Irro, attended by members of
the executive committee fired the beleaguered secretary following his war
of words with the party chief.

According to news reaching us confirmed that 36 members of the executive
council participated in the vote, of which 34 voted to remove Mr.Uura'ade
from his position.

Sacked Wadani party SG Mohammed Abdillahi Ura'ade

Wadani party boss announced the deliberation of the committee. The under
fire secretary general has been on the news recently for the wrong
reasons. He challenged his boss to resign from his position as party boss.
