Iran loan exhibits to be shown in England, Netherlands
(MENAFN) Iran's Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization is set to hold loan exhibits of historical Iranian relics in England and the Netherlands, Tehran Times reported.
"A selection of objects from the National Museum of Iran and several other museums will to go on display in England and the Netherlands this year," CHTN quoted Mohammadreza Kargar, the director of CHHTO museums and historical properties, as saying on Monday.
The collection will be composed of works dating from pre-Islamic, Islamic and contemporary Iran, the official added.
"Of the exhibits, one will start at the British Museum in June and the other is set to open in September," Kargar explained without providing further detail.
