Lebanon set to launch projects for economy renovation
(MENAFN) Lebanon is well prepared to launch projects proposed at CEDRE conference for an economic recovery, Prime Minister Saad Hariri declared.
The confirmation was made by the Lebanese prime minister at a conference in the Grand Serail, organized to talk about the outcome of CEDRE conference.
It comes after the CEDRE conference was completed with Lebanon receiving pledges from several countries, totaling at USD11.5 billion in soft loans, investments and further loans.
The prime minister revealed the World Bank to have provided one third of the loans, with another one third presented by the international community and the rest from Arab countries.
