(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, April11 (Petra) - Israeli warplanes early Wednesday shelled a monitoring post belongs to Palestinian resistance and agricultural lands east of Al- Zaytoun neighborhood in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Palestinian sources confirmed that Israeli aircrafts fired a number of rockets against the monitoring post in Al- Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza, but no injuries were reported.
The occupation army claimed that today's shelling came after an explosive device detonated near an Israeli patrol along the Gaza Strip border, causing neither injury nor damage.
Also today, the Israeli troops, backed by military vehicles and bulldozers, pushed deep into Palestinian agricultural lands east of Beit Hanoun and razed citizen's-owned lands .
