Offshore, expected slight dust and partly cloudy to cloudy at times with chance of scattered rain to the north maybe thundery at times and warned of expected strong wind and high sea at places and thundery rain to the north.
Wind inshore will be northerly - northeasterly 03-13 KT reaching 23 KT at places at times. Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly at 10 to 20 KT, reaching 25 at places at times and to the north with the thundery rain.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 KM.
Sea state inshore will be one to two feet at places at times, while offshore it will be 03 to 06 feet rises to 08 feet at places at times and to the north with the thundery.
