DICID criticises occupation forces
QNA/Doha
Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue (DICID) has condemned the heinous crime committed by the Israeli army against Palestinian demonstrators in the peaceful protest of the Great March of Return in commemoration of Land Day.
DICID stressed in a statement yesterday that continued Israeli violence, without condemnation or deterrence by the Security Council or the international powers, is gradually leading the region towards the brink of a crisis, which is contrary to what the international community calls for, such as peace, co-existence, and dialogue.
DICID urged the international community to stop the Israeli killing machine and to demand from the leaders of the Israeli entity to recognise the rights of the Palestinian people. In addition, it called for imposing a just and comprehensive peace that meets all the just Palestinian demands and the implementation of international conventions in this regard, away from suspicious transactions and the gradual destruction of any glimmer of hope for peace.
Based on its principles that call for dialogue and co-existence between different religions, cultures, and ethnicities, DICID explained that it cannot but reject the repeated Israeli violence and condemn it in the strongest terms.
