(MENAFN) Kuwait was revealed to be expected to witness a boost in its real GDP growth within this year after 2017 brought about a reduction.
BMI Research released its forecast for the country, predicting oil production to provide a very modest push for growth in the short-term.
It also expects the non-oil sector to provide good support following an increase in spending, as the real GDP growth is forecast to report a 1.9 percent boost in 2018.
Kuwait is also expected to record from 2019 and beyond more than 3 percent real GDP in the medium-term.
