Pakistan- Mushaira organised in Buner

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) BUNER: A Mushaira (poetic symposium) was organised in connection with the spring season in Pir Baba area of Buner which was attended by eminent poets from different parts of the district.

The political leaders who attended the Mushaira included Haji Siddiqullah and Mian Saeed Laiq Bacha, while among poets Shams Buneri and Uqab Buneri among others were in attendance. Engineer Aman Khan represented the district administration at the function organised by khpalwatan.com.

Poets on the occasion presented their attractive poetry and received appreciation from the participants and guests.

The people of the picturesque Buner district are known for their aesthetic sense and love for poetry. Currently, there are over 30 literary organisations in Buner which are working for promotion of poetry and literature and organising such events on regular basis.
