Egyptian military arrest infant aged 18 months


(MENAFN) The Egyptian Coordination for Rights and Freedoms (ECRF) declared that the Egyptian authorities have detained an Egyptian citizen,his wife and her brother along with their baby girl aged 18 months, as they were returning home,in Egypt's southern district of Assiut, from Giza train station,in the south of the capital Cairo.

ECRF shared on Facebook" Even infants have not escaped enforced disappearance in Egypt,"

ECRF confirmed that the arrests included Abdullah Mohamed Mudar Moussa,his wife,Fatima Mohammed Diaa El-Din Moussa,their daughter Alia,as well as Fatima"s brother,Omar Mohammed Diaa El-Din Moussa.

Alia,is the youngest citizen to have been detained by the army forces,since the Egyptian authorities have imposed disappearance policy after the military revolution five years ago,according to the rights organization.
