Oman- Embassy of Nepal hosts 'Tea with Ambassador'


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Embassy of Nepal, Muscat recently organised the programme 'Tea with Ambassador at new office building' in Shatti al Qurm.

Second secretary Rojina Tamrakar briefed about work progress since H E Sarmila Parajuli Dhakal, Nepalese Ambassador to the sultanate, arrived in Muscat as first ambassador.

Communities praised the work of the Nepal Embassy and expressed their happiness over receiving H E Sarmila as first ambassador.

H E Sarmila briefed the Nepali communities on the positive role of the sultanate in regional and international relations.

She expressed that Nepal and Oman will take existing cordial relations further by cooperating in various fields, e.g. Trade, Tourism, Manpower and Training, increasing people-to-people contacts to benefit both the countries and their people.

She further highlighted the overall developments of the sultanate and praised the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.

H E Sarmila thanked Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of Nepal and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the sultanate (MoFA) for extending their kind
cooperations.

H E Sarmila also congratulated the recently re-elected Bidhya Devi Bhandari, president of Democratic Republic of Nepal. In addition, she congratulated K P Sharma Oli, Prime Minister, for being elected the Prime Minister of Nepal for the second time.

H E Sarmila also congratulated the newly appointed Ministers of Democratic Republic of Nepal.

Nepali Communities enjoyed Nepali tea with the ambassador.
