
Waziristan celebrate Pakistan Day with a cricket match between Fata and KP XI teams
Different events were organized including a cricket match at Younis Khan Cricket Stadium where students and youth of the agency celebrated the day with traditional dances and sang national anthem.
School-going students also sung anthems in Urdu and Pashtu languages and enjoyed the match that was played between KP Eleven and Fata Eleven.
KP XI, while batting first, set a target of 121 runs in 10 overs. Chasing the target, Fata XI all out on 70 runs. Major General Azhar Iqbal, who was chief guest on the occasion, distributed prizes among the players.
