London, Rajab 6, 1439, March 23, 2018, SPA -- The United Kingdom has condemned an Iranian-based criminal group that has carried out cybercrime against universities around the world, including within the United Kingdom.
"The UK Government believes that the Iran-based institute is responsible for cyber-piracy operations targeting universities," British Foreign Secretary Lord Tariq Ahmed said in a statement on the occasion of the United States accusations of nine people from the Iran-based Mabna.
Lord Ahmed expressed his satisfaction with the accusations made by the United States to the group, indicating that the move shows the readiness and ability of the allies to respond collectively to the cyber-attacks.
