South Korea to force employees leave on time


(MENAFN) South Korea capital's government is taking action in efforts to stop its staff members from working late,by turning their computers down at 20:00 on Fridays.

Their attempts to end a 'culture of working overtime',was the reason behind such initiative.

South Korea has one of the longest work hours internationally.

Moreover, the government staff members work about 2,739 hours annually, nearly 1,000 more hours than the employees in other countries.
