Arab League observers to monitor Egyptian elections

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Cairo, March 20 (Petra) -- Arab League Secretary General, Ahmad Aboulgheit, discussed with Assistant Secretary General of the pan-Arab organisation, Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, arrangements to send an observer mission to monitor Egyptian presidential elections later this month in cooperation with Egyptian authorities.

Abu Ghazaleh informed the Secretary General about the arrangements for the polls scheduled to be held March 26-28.
