(MENAFN) Oman's Union Property Development (UPD) was revealed to be initiating a project at Muscat Hills and is to be referred to as 220 Downtown.
The project is considered as a lifestyle initiative that is to aim for developing affordable urban living, as it plans to include 307 residential units of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 78 retail outlets.
"We are offering a new interpretation to an affordable luxury lifestyle with 220 Downtown, which meets the growing demand for small to medium sized freehold units segment in Muscat," UPD's chairman Hood Sabeel Al Balushi declared.
The chairman continued "we have many projects in the pipeline which will focus on the mid-income market segment proffering an urban lifestyle with affordable schemes."
