Turkey always stands by Azerbaijan on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh issue, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim told reporters in Baku on March 15.

Yildirim said that in case terrorists in the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region threaten Azerbaijan or Turkey, then Turkey can act.
