
Afghanistan- 400 returnee families assisted in Ghazni
Khaliq Dad Ahmadi, the refugee and repartition department head, told Pajhwok Afghan News the aid was given to families who had recently returned from neighboring Pakistan
Cash aid was distributed to 124 needed families with each family receiving more than 12,000 afghanis and the rest were given food contributed by various organizations.
Ahmadi said the edibles included four bags of flour, 14 kilograms of pulses, 10 kilograms of oil, seven kg of salt, blankets, gas cylinders and some kitchen accessories.
The families had been already surveyed and the remaining families would also receive the same aid later, he concluded.
