(MENAFN- Gulf Times) President RAM Nath Kovind hands over an OCI (Overseas citizen of India) card to a member of the Indian diaspora during a reception hosted for him in Mauritius yesterday. Kovind is on a five-day visit to the island nations of Mauritius and Madagascar. He arrives in Madagascar today.
