Egyptian police detains hardcore soccer fans


(MENAFN) Eight football lovers were detained after they ripped off seats and chanted against the officials amid game in Egypt.

The exhibition,which was separated by police,occurred when the Egyptian team,Al-Ahly,won against Gabon's CF Mounana in 4-0 match in Cairo's international stadium.

No critical injuries were informed about in what the authorities described as "riot."

The eight suspects were claimed responsibility for being extreme soccer fans called as Ultras,as they were charged of taking part in outlawed group,ruing the public property and threatening the public's safety,according to the Prosecutors.
