More than 20 students hospitalized in Turkey

Twenty six foreign students, who are citizens of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, were hospitalized in the Turkish province of Erzincan, Turkish media reported on March 12.

Reportedly, the hospitalized students are from one dormitory. The reason for hospitalization is food poisoning.

Last time food poisoning among students in Turkey was recorded in January 2018.

In general, 176 schoolchildren were poisoned due to poor food in Turkey in January 2018.
